I am the Lorax, I Speak for the Trees

Anything by Dr. Seuss was a favorite growing up and the upcoming adaptation of The Lorax was no exception. With voices by Taylor Swift and Zac Efron and beautiful visuals, this story will hopefully strike a chord with a younger generation on the big screen. The Lorax is an environmental protector and as the trees disappear and the world changes, it truly struck fear into my six year old heart. I can't pass a major interchange with its swirling overpasses and underpasses without thinking of the Lorax holding out to protect the world. Thneeds, barbaloots, and truffala trees--is there anything better than the wonderful world of Dr. Seuss?
